"🍂🥾 Brothers’ Fall Hike Assalamualaikum brothers, As the leaves change colour and the beauty of autumn unfolds around us, we invite you to join us for a day of hiking, reflection, and brotherhood in the outdoors. This will be a great opportunity to step away from the busyness of life, enjoy meaningful conversations, strengthen friendships, and appreciate the signs of Allah سبحانه وتعالى in His creation. 📖 A Reflection from the Qur'an: الَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ اللَّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَٰذَا بَاطِلًا سُبْحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ "Those who remember Allah while standing, sitting, and lying on their sides, and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth, saying, 'Our Lord, You did not create this without purpose. Glory be to You, so protect us from the punishment of the Fire.'" (Qur'an 3:191) 🗒 What to bring: ✔ Comfortable hiking shoes ✔ Weather-appropriate clothing ✔ Water bottle and snacks 🚗 Carpool Information: Carpooling will be available from CIIC on the day of the event.
