About

"“Beautify the Qur’an with your voices.” - Prophet Muhammad ﷺ [Sunan Abi Dawud 1468] Tajweed refers to the set of rules for the proper pronunciation and recitation of the Qur’an. This class is designed for students at a beginner to intermediate level. If you can read Arabic, this year-long course is perfect for you. We will explore key Tajweed rules, including the main characteristics of letters, Ahkam Noun al-Sakinah and Tanwin, Mim Sakinah, Madouds and more… The Qur’an is meant to be recited with care, precision, and beauty - and learning Tajweed is the key to doing so. Whether you’re just starting out or have already been practicing, these classes are meant to guide you step by step in perfecting your recitation and deepening your relationship with the words of Allah ﷻ. 🗓️ Start Date: Sunday, October 4th (then weekly on Sundays) ⏰ 10:30 11:30 AM 📍 Location: Online ✨ Registration is now open!
